Why Should You Work With a Realtor?

Dave is a Realtor - a real estate agent who is a member of the National Association of Realtors and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethics is enforced by state and national Realtor associations.  It protects the public and gives guidance to association members.

Why this is important to you.
Not all licensed real estate agents are Realtors. Nationally, only about 30% of all real estate professionals have earned the title of Realtor. What this title means to you is that your property, the largest investment most of us will ever make, is in the hands of a real estate agent who follows a Code of Ethics in the performance of their duties.

"Realtor" is a collective membership trademark. This is a type of trademark which identifies the user of the trademark as a member of a particular group, in this case the National Association of Realtors. The Realtor trademark can only be used by a member of the National Association.
