Meet Dave Babb

• Dave was one of the first Realtors to earn the e-PRO Internet Professional Certification and has recently taken the course again to stay up to date.

• Dave has also earned the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) degree and the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation. Nationwide, only about 22 percent of all Realtors earn the GRI; only about one-half of one percent earn the ABR.

• Dave is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, the North Metro Denver Board of Realtors, the Council of Residential Specialists, Colorado Metrolist, the Brighton Chamber of Commerce, and Rotary International.

• Dave served on the Brighton Home Rule Charter Commission, which wrote a new city charter for the City of Brighton, and was Chairman of the Charter Commission Finance Committee. Dave is also Chairman of the Brighton Zoning Board of Adjustment and a board member and Vice Chairman of the Brighton Historic Preservation Commission.
