to earn the e-PRO Internet
Professional Certification and has recently taken the course again to stay
up to date.

GRI (Graduate, Realtor
Institute) degree and the
ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation.
Nationwide, only about 22 percent of all Realtors earn the GRI; only
about one-half of one percent earn the ABR.

Dave has earned the
Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource
certification.

Dave is a member of the National
Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, the North Metro
Denver Board of Realtors,
the Council of Residential
Specialists, Colorado Metrolist, and the Brighton Chamber
of Commerce.

Dave served on the Brighton Home
Rule Charter Commission, which wrote a new city charter for the City of
Brighton, and was Chairman of the Charter Commission Finance Committee. Dave has
also served as Chairman of the Brighton Zoning Board of Adjustment and as board member and
Vice Chairman of the Brighton Historic Preservation Commission.
The Brighton City Council honored the members of
Brighton's Home Rule Commission
for their hard work and
dedication in drafting the
City Charter. Dave is on the far
right.
