Meet Dave Babb
Dave Babb, RealtorŪ, Broker; ABR (Accredited Buyers Agent);
e-PRO (Certified Internet Professional); GRI (Graduate, RealtorŪ
Institute), Historic Property Specialist - Keller Williams Preferred Realty

Dave was one of the first Realtors
to earn the
e-PRO Internet
Professional Certification and has recently taken the course again to stay
up to date.

Dave has also earned the
GRI (Graduate, Realtor
Institute) degree and the
ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation.
Nationwide, only about 22 percent of all Realtors earn the GRI; only
about one-half of one percent earn the ABR.

Dave is a member of the National Association of Realtors,
the Colorado Association of Realtors, the North Metro Denver Board of Realtors,
Colorado Metrolist, the Brighton Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International,
and the Platte Valley Players.

Dave served on the Brighton Home
Rule Charter Commission, which wrote a new city charter for the City of
Brighton, and was Chairman of the Charter Commission Finance Committee. Dave is
also Chairman of the Brighton Zoning Board of Adjustment and a board member and
Vice Chairman of the Brighton Historic Preservation Commission.

Dave's interests include
photography, hiking, golf, travel, history, community theater, and spending time
with his family. Dave and Rosemary recently celebrated their 29th wedding
anniversary.
The Brighton City Council honored the members of
Brighton's Home Rule Commission
for their hard work and
dedication in drafting the
City Charter. Dave is on the far
right.
