Loan and Mortgage Modification for Metro Denver, Colorado Homeowners

If a homeowner who has been behind in his or her payments can now afford to make the payments again, and can get caught up, the lender may be willing to discuss new terms to make the loan more affordable. The lender may agree to lower the payments or may even agree to reduce the mortgage balance.

Documentation is required, including financial statements, proof of income, and an explanation of the reason why the homeowner got behind temporarily.  We can assist you with all the forms and correspondence required. And remember, communication with the lender is a must.
