What Is a Historic Property Specialist?
This term indicates a Realtor who has had extensive training regarding historic preservation and historic homes.

 What is this training?
Dave attends yearly seminars through the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Department of the Interior, Colorado Preservation, Inc., and Historic Denver, Inc.  These seminars are on diverse topics such as preserving historic integrity in window replacement; impact of historic designation on property values; and using grants and tax credits in the restoration and rehabilitation of historic homes. 

Dave is also a member of Colorado Preservation, Inc., a member of the Adams County Historical Society, a long time board member and Vice Chairman of the Brighton Historic Preservation Commission, and a member of the Adams County Courthouse Centennial Committee.
