This is a letter to tell everyone what a great job Dave Babb did for us in finding the perfect home for my daughter (Janine), her boyfriend (Joe), and their son (Kai). During the negotiations we found Dave to be a strong advocate for us, who always looked out for our best interests. Several times when it looked like the contract was going to fall apart, Dave was able to bring the buyer and his agent back to the table.
