Dave was honest and direct.  He let us know upfront what we needed to do to get the house ready to show, and he explained his plan for selling the house which was detailed in written form. 

Dave took care of some minor details for which he was not necessarily responsible.  For instance, he checked on the whether or not the house was included in a local Historical District which could have impacted the worth of the house as well as its desirability.

Dave knows the real estate market and he was very accurate in helping us price our property so it would sell quickly.  We sold and closed on our property in less then a month.

We were very appreciative of his attention to detail, which left us with no surprises at  closing.  Dave was very accessible, we never had to wait long for a return call and he kept us updated on an almost daily basis.
