Brighton is located on the banks of the South Platte River, 20 miles northeast of downtown Denver and 10 miles from Denver International Airport. The community is a suburb of Denver, but freestanding from other suburbs. Brighton has all the advantages of small town living close to a big city, with a wide range of housing types and prices available. Business and residential growth has been strong.
